April 2025 – Podcast
In my last blog post in March I mentioned that I was considering starting a podcast about Ordinary+ which would compliment the book. I’ve started this and you can find the links below. I got chatting to a friend of mine, Mike, and we found that we shared similar values and he showed a keen interest in the podcast idea also!
So, we started planning and released a YouTube pilot episode on the 19th April 2025, and over the following few days we uploaded the audio version to Spotify, Apple, and Amazon.

April 2025 – Book progress
I’ve continued work on the book and the progress has been steady, though seemingly slow. I know there is a lot to do to get a book to completion. While the page count is not an indicator of readiness, I thought I’d share that the page count is now at 156 pages.
I had reached around 140 pages a few weeks ago and felt I was almost ready to do a read-through and edit. Once I had started this I realised that I had missed things I had planned to put in and also removed sections that did not need to be in the book.
While the number of pages suggests that I have ‘something’ of a book in my hands, I know that in truth, I am probably only 50% through the process. This is my first book so I’m learning as I go, so we shall see.
